The cast iron parts range from 0.5kg and 10 0kg, from gray cast iron to ductile cast iron of all specifications; the cast steel parts range from 0.5kg to 100kg, from carbon steel to alloy steel products. The Company has strong technical force with various professional and technical personnel. Changge Fukang Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. is located in Xiyang Industrial Zone, Pohu Town, Changge City, Henan Province. It is a operational enterprise dedicated to the research, development, production and sales of high-quality cast iron and steel castings. Adjacent to Zhengzhou-Yaoshan Expressway, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway and #107 National Highway, it is of convenience in transportation. The Company was founded in July 2002, which is the member of Henan Casting and Forging Association. The Company has a precision cast steel production line, a fully automatic horizontal-parting molding line, a Model 146 production line, which also has machining capability. The annual production capacity of castings is 30,000 tons. It has a cast iron factory, a cast steel factory and a machining factory.
The Company has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, which has various testing equipments such as sand testing, spectrum analyzer, metallographic analyer, hardness tester and tensile tester to ensure the consistency and stability of product quality.
The Company has one precision casting steel production line, two automatic horizontal-parting molding production lines, one Model 148 horizontal-parting production line, one lost-foam production line, one coated sand production line, more than 20 processing centers, of which the annual production capacity of castings is 30,000 tons.
